Meridian Kiosks signs new U.S. deal with Ingram Micro

• 14 Jan 2010

Meridian Kiosks announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. to make Meridian’s complete line of kiosk enclosures available to channel partners in North America via the Ingram Micro Data Capture/POS Division.

According to a news release, the partnership allows Meridian to expand its core base within key vertical markets, as well as significantly expand the availability of its products.

As part of the deal, the Ingram Micro Data Capture/POS Division will support, market and resell Meridian’s enclosures, including the Plynth Classic; the RTS Standalone; the RTS Wall Mount; Digital Signage; and the Plynth G6 Plus, as well as software packages and applications.

The Ingram Micro Data Capture/POS Division also will provide training and education to help enable its resellers to develop opportunities within their vertical markets.
