3D video kiosks installed in the U.S.

• 04 Apr 2008

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Provision Interactive Technologies has announced its 3DEO Reward Centers are now available in the United States. The kiosks are currently rolling out in West Coast grocery stores. The 3DEO kiosks use 3D holographic video to draw consumer attention to featured products and are able to dispense related coupons and in-store promotions.

The 3DEO Reward Centers utilize Provision's patented Holo 3D technology which projects full color, high resolution videos into space detached from the screen, without any special glasses. The 3DEO Reward Centers are available in a large and a small version. The large version is equipped with a 40-inch 3D holographic display and dual touchscreens, while the smaller centers have a 17-inch 3D holographic display and a single touchscreen.

"Our 3DEO Reward Centers provide advertisers a unique way of breaking through the traditional clutter of in-store ads," said Curt Thornton, president and CEO of Provision Interactive. "Because the kiosks have such a strong ability to attract customers and engage them, they are a perfect resource for retail stores, restaurants and shopping centers."
