IP Casino Resort Spa implements touchscreen ordering kiosk

BILOXI, Miss. — IP Casino Resort Spa, a one-stop gaming resort destination in Biloxi, Miss., has implemented six Nextep Systems’ Casino Express touchscreen ordering kiosks.
 
According to a news release, the kiosks make it easier for customers to order and pay for the casino’s Back Bay Buffet and is the only system that allows split tender payments. Other benefits for the casino and guests include reduced lines, improved seating times and minimized wait times during peak hours, which allows for more time on the gaming floor.
 
"The kiosks are really fast and very simple. They have speeded up the seating process and shortened the line,” said Ella Grace, a frequent casino guest.
 
IP Biloxi joins other casinos that have implemented Casino Express including MotorCity Casino Hotel, Cache Creek Casino, Little River Casino and Harrah's Atlantic City.
