 National Retail Federation The National Retail Federation and Retail Customer Experience magazine have announced a partnership to create a special pavilion and Customer Experience Concept Store for the NRF 98th Annual Convention & EXPO, January 12-13, 2009 in New York. The “Customer Experience Pavilion,” which will be featured on the EXPO floor, will provide a hands-on environment where retailers can see real-world strategies and solutions available to help them connect more meaningfully with customers in a marketplace where connecting with shoppers is a rapidly growing challenge.
Different areas of the Pavilion will demonstrate how retailers can improve the customer experience, increase sales, merchandise more effectively, educate employees and generate employee and consumer loyalty, and integrate technology seamlessly into a store environment.
